  • Play-Grounds:  New to Yoga? This class is for you!  Build a strong foundation as you begin your journey into the world of yoga with our ground-level class.  We will share the basics of yoga, and help you build confidence in your practice. Accomodating for all levels, Non-heated.
  • Play 1:  This hot yoga class takes the basic hatha yoga principles and practices them in a 99 degree room. The heat allows for a deeper workout by warming your muscles and flushing toxins from all of your organs, including your skin. A fun vinyasa flow that will uplift the body, mind and spirit.  Heated, All levels welcome.
  • Play 2: A kicked up heated vinyasa sequence that has a fresh series each class to keep you on your toes.  An intermediate level, athletic class, linking breath to posture designed to strengthen and exhilerate the body. Heated, Intermediate. 
  • Advanced Play: Discover a new level of playful practice!  Learn the full expression of some of your favorite poses as well as explore new poses.  Non-Heated, 90 minutes.  Intermediate/Advanced (some knowledge of basic headstands suggested). 
  • Java Play: Start off your day, with a healthy cup of Java PLAY!  Join us for a fun, high energy awakening flow enlivening and invigorating the whole body to get you through your day!  Heated, All Levels.
  • Play Chill: Listen to calming music as you move deeper into your poses with this relaxing meditative flow.  Prenatal Appropriate, Non-heated, All Levels. 
  • Yoga Sport:  Slightly heated flow sequence, that incorporates light hand weights, and your body as resistance to sculpt and tone the entire body.  Fun, uplifting music keeps you motivated and helps push you to your edge. Slightly Heated, All Levels.
  • Hot Flow:  A combination of static postures and flow.  Allows your body more time to connect with your pose, with soothing music and high heat.  Beginner-Intermediate. (Classes after sunset will candlelit) 
  • Pilates Sculpt:  :  A non-heated core strengthening mind/body class emphasizing spinal andpelvic alignment.  Become body- aware using resistance techniques to elongate and tone your figure.  Non-Heated, All Levels. 
  • Baby and Me Yoga: For pre-crawling infants and their Mommy and/or Daddy. This class is a safe, supportive environment where new parents and babies can learn, laugh and grow together! We will encourage healthy development of both baby and parent. This fun and meaningful class will include: baby-PLAY! (massage and interactive activities), breathing with baby, and gentle (and much needed!) stretching of body & mind. This class will give parents an opportunity to nourish and replenish their spirits and bodies through guided meditation and asana. Please bring your baby, a blanket, any special toys and a sense of humor!
